Terms & Conditions

* To purchase a training session you must read the Terms & Conditions and Rules & Regulations, print them out and sign them and hand it in with your payment. Signing means that you are 18 years of age or older and have read, understand and agree to the conditions and responsibilities as outlined.

Liability Waiver

The following “Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver” applies to all Academies, Camps, Clinics and Personal Training.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

I/we recognize basketball is an intense sport which can result in serious and possibly permanent injury. I/we accept the risks inherent in basketball and agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Transition Game LLC, Ronald Stewart, and the facility in which the event is being conducted and their employees and owners from all claims for any injury or damage resulting from any cause, including negligence. I/we accept full responsibility for all medical expenses and claims incurred as a result of the minor’s participation. I/we also give Transition Game LLC permission to make any medical decision deemed necessary for my child until I/we are able to do so. Clicking “accept” you have read, understand and agree to the conditions and responsibilities as outlined in the Liability Waiver, including the non-refundable status of fees and Transition Game’s Commitment to Excellence.

Items Required to Participate

You agree to send your child with the following items. Failure to do so may result in your child’s inability to participate.  


All participants will be required to provide documentation from a certified physician that they are apt to participate in Transition Game LLC training sessions.

Training Essentials*

Minimum requirements are a water bottle, adequate basketball shoes, shorts, tee shirt or jersey and plenty of rest and be prepared physically for hard work.


*Transition Game LLC. does not supply, water bottles, basketball shoes or gear.



Transition Game LLC accepts cash, certified bank checks, money order and cash app as sources of payment.

Full Payment is due 24 hours before your scheduled training session.




Transition Game Refund Policy

Training fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.  If you cannot attend a session, please notify me at the latest 2 hours prior to the start of the session and I will be happy to transfer your session to another day the same week. If I am not notified within this time frame you will not be able to replace the session. All sessions must be completed according to the session fee and the number of sessions per week. Excused absences must be made up within the same week unless otherwise authorized by Coach Stewart.  Training sessions missed without warning will be counted as a session(s) attended.                                   

                                   NO EXCEPTIONS FOR REFUNDS– MEDICAL OR OTHERWISE!

 Transition Game LLC  combines specialized basketball instruction along with the teaching of life skills and values. The philosophy of my program is to encourage each player to reach his or her full potential physically, mentally, socially, academically and spiritually as well as begin to identify with their vocational characteristics.  The core goal of the Transition Game LLC program is to encourage our players to strive for excellence in all aspects pertaining to life. My belief in Christian values promotes a relationship with God, family, respect for others and a disciplined lifestyle. I will share personal examples and motivational talks, and also lead in group discussion and interaction that will inspire vision, promote a healthy respect for all individuals and stimulate the pursuit of excellence.

Rules & Regulations




What I expect from you on the court, is no different than what I expect from you with your school work and your chores at home. If you are not giving maximum effort in these two areas you will not be permitted to train, which will be held in the same regard as an absence without reason, therefore no reimbursement


Sessions will start on time.  please have sneakers laced up and shirt in shorts at the start of the session.   If arriving on time is a real issue due to circumstances beyond your control, I must have knowledge of this situation in as well in advance as possible.


The training facility and the persons running it are to be respected.  Upon arrival to the facility, noise must be kept down and upon entering into the gym.  I nor anyone else should hear your voice. You will be expected to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your session.  Upon arrival you are to prepare yourself and neatly arrange your belongings in a designated area.  Once your session is finish you will have 5 minutes to vacate the gym area.


Attire: Adequate basketball shoes, Shorts, T-shirt or Jersey and a water bottle.


Conduct: You do not speak unless you are spoken to, unless you have a question or you don't understand something, by all means SPEAK UP!!  You are to give your maximum effort to listen and execute to the best of your ability.


Injury: If you are injured prior to coming to train don't come, if you injure yourself during the session please alert me in the case I do not know.




  • 1 session/week:$45.00

  • 2 sessions/week:$40.00

  • 3 sessions/week:$35.00
